Qonversation about the Effectiveness of Coaching
In an interview with the Executive Director of the Alliance for Coaching Effectiveness, Joanna Jarosz, PhD, she shares her journey to coaching and emphasizes the importance of understanding and measuring coaching effectiveness.
Her innovative model for measuring coaching effectiveness, the research of Dr. Jarosz has been published, and we are thrilled to celebrate her accomplishments.
The launch of the Alliance for Coaching Effectiveness in 2022 was fueled by a shared passion for creating a better future through coaching. With the collaboration of #Quantuvos, this center has become a ground-breaking hub for measuring coaching effectiveness.
As this model is implemented in coaching, management, leadership, and organizations, we eagerly anticipate its impact on the world of coaching.

Coaching Effectiveness Framework. The publication of the theoretical model in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring
The framework proposed by Dr. Jarosz defines coaching effectiveness in terms of specific coaching competencies, behaviors of the coach, and outcomes achieved by the clients. The framework helps clients understand the mechanisms of coaching and what they can expect from the process. Its application will help the clients be confident that the coaching they receive will be of the highest quality and tailored to their individual needs and goals, making the coaching experience more valuable and meaningful to them.
The process of validating the Coaching Effectiveness Questionnaire
As part of the framework, the Alliance for Coaching Effectiveness has developed the Coaching Effectiveness Questionnaire in order to measure and track the effectiveness of coaching. Click here if you would like to help with the process of validating the questionnaire – by simply filling it out! It will take about 10 minutes.
